This Anti-Fraud Policy explains how Bitfortune prevents, detects, and addresses fraud, bonus abuse, payment misuse, and other unfair or unlawful activity across its casino and sportsbook services. This Policy applies to all users, devices, payment methods, and transactions. Account Integrity

Each Bitfortune account is personal and non-transferable. Only one account per individual may be permitted. Where there is reasonable suspicion of coordinated or abusive behavior, limitations may also apply by household, IP address, device, or shared environment. If linked accounts are identified as part of an attempt to gain an unfair advantage, Bitfortune may restrict, consolidate, or close such accounts and adjust balances in accordance with the Terms.

Bonus Abuse and Promotional Fairness

Bonuses and promotions are intended for genuine entertainment play. If activity suggests promotion exploitation—such as low-risk hedging, irregular bet patterns, or coordinated play primarily aimed at converting bonus value into withdrawable funds—Bitfortune may cancel the bonus, restrict access to future promotions, and adjust any winnings connected to the offer.

Payment Security and Chargebacks

Bitfortune may perform checks to confirm that deposits and withdrawals are made using payment methods or wallets you own or are authorized to use. In cases of chargebacks or payment reversals, Bitfortune may suspend withdrawals, restrict account access, or recover funds where permitted. Abuse of the chargeback process may result in account closure and cancellation of related bonuses or winnings.

Verification and Data Checks

To protect the platform, Bitfortune may request verification of identity, age, address, and payment ownership at any time, including before withdrawals. Additional information may be requested to clarify transaction patterns or confirm account control. If verification is not completed, processing may be delayed and account functions may be restricted.

Monitoring and Investigation

Monitoring may include reviews of deposits and withdrawals, wagering behavior, device and session signals, and promotion usage. During an investigation, Bitfortune may temporarily limit certain account functions. Where required by law, suspicious activity may be reported to competent authorities.

Errors, Exploits, and Obvious Mistakes

If a bet, game round, or market outcome is affected by a clear technical error, malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake, Bitfortune may void the affected activity, correct settlement, or adjust balances to reflect the intended and fair outcome.

You agree to:

• use only payment methods or wallets you own or are authorized to use
• avoid attempts to manipulate games, markets, or promotions
• keep login credentials and devices secure
• contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access

Consequences of Fraud or Prohibited Conduct

Where fraud or prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, Bitfortune may take appropriate action under the Terms and applicable law, including:

• cancelling bonuses or promotional benefits
• voiding bets or winnings linked to abusive activity
• restricting deposits, wagering, or withdrawals
• suspending or closing the account
• requesting additional verification or supporting documents
• recovering funds where appropriate
• reporting the matter to competent authorities when required

This Policy may be updated to reflect operational, security, or regulatory changes. The version published within the services applies from the date of publication.
